The Heart of Arden
At the heart of Arden is the spacious community Clubhouse, which includes an oversized Fitness Center that provides everything you’ll need to reach your fitness goals. The expansive space has state-of-the-art equipment to satisfy every indoor fitness enthusiast, from elliptical machines and weights to strength and core conditioning equipment. The Fitness Center will offer group, private and even virtual exercise classes, so there’s something for everyone’s personal workout style. Because the Fitness Center is located within walking distance from virtually anywhere in the Arden community, you’ll never have to miss a workout again!
State-of-the-Art Equipment
The Fitness Center will offer state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training equipment, including:
- Treadmills and ellipticals for cardio training—even specialty EspressoTM bikes for virtual spin classes
- Free weights and resistance machines for strength training
- Ballet barre, TRXTM and a kickboxing bag for specialty core training and more

Wellbeats™ Virtual Classes
Wellbeats™ virtual fitness classes will be available On-Demand on multiple large screens in the Fitness Center, making it easy to get the workout you want right when you want it. Wellbeats™ gives you the freedom to enjoy an instructor-led fitness experience at your convenience, and with hundreds of classes available, there will always be options for you to switch up your routine. Strength training, Zumba, dance and yoga are just a few of the options to explore.
