Lifestyle Events Bring Arden Residents Together

At Arden, a new home community located in Palm Beach County, Florida, you’ll find innovative homes, resort-style amenities and even a 5-acre working farm. But what is the thing residents love most about Arden? The lifestyle programming! Arden has a full-time lifestyle director who plans a year-round calendar of events, activities and programs for residents to enjoy. It helps bring residents together to make connections and build a strong sense of community.

Even with COVID-19, lifestyle events haven’t stopped at Arden – just adapted. If anything, the pandemic has brought residents even closer together to support one another during this unusual time. Here are just a few of the things our lifestyle director planned for residents this past year!

Lifestyle Busy Kits

Created to provide a way for residents to have fun at home, our lifestyle director started offering Lifestyle Busy Kits this year. Kits provide fun for kids and adults alike, and feature fun themes like cooking, cocktail mixing and nature exploration!

Farm Shares

Arden is the first agrihood in south Florida, and part of the farm-to-table lifestyle includes regular shares of produce from the farm. Included in the HOA, shares contain a variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers, and residents can even opt to swap certain produce for things they enjoy most.

Lifestyle To Go Bags

Another new offering for this year, Lifestyle To Go bags are available for residents to check out for the day. The sports bag includes balls and items to enjoy some fun exercise; the fishing bag includes poles, line and lures to perfect your fishing skills; while the nature bag includes things like binoculars, a bug net and field guides to explore outdoors.

Community Mural

All of Arden’s residents worked together to create a beautiful piece of art! Each family colored a section that was then assembled into one, unique image that the whole community can enjoy.

Haunted Picnic Dinner

To celebrate Halloween, residents got together and decorated socially distanced picnic areas to see who had the spookiest set-up! There was also a pumpkin patch, photo opportunities and distanced trick-or-treating. It was one fang-tastic event!

Giving Trees

To show thanks and spread gratitude this year, residents were able to pick up decorating supplies to craft a Thanksgiving ornament. After writing what they were thankful for in 2020, residents were invited to hang the ornaments in the trees at the Lakehouse or Barn.

Holiday Offerings

Arden residents will ring in the holiday season with a variety of events this year! The Lifestyle Busy Kit will have a festive twist, and everyone is encouraged to light the streets in a holiday light contest. Then, our lifestyle director will create a map for the Tour de Light, so everyone can see the twinkling lights.

At Arden, neighbors are more like family, and everyone comes together to celebrate and support one another. To learn more about this close-knit community and the new homes it offers, join our Interest List.
